01

Use official channels

Use the website and contact links shown on it. Be cautious of accounts impersonating Smorty or asking you to pay to details that differ from Checkout.

02

Protect payment information

  • Never share OTP codes, card PINs, CVV values, banking passwords or wallet passwords with Support.
  • Do not send a complete bank-card image.
  • When uploading payment proof, make sure the file does not expose unnecessary sensitive information.
03

Account credentials

Do not send an account password unless the product page clearly explains that temporary access is required and Support has confirmed the secure process. When a service can be completed using an ID, email or link only, do not share the password.

04

Suspicious links and messages

Do not enter your information into a link you do not trust. Messages pressuring you to send an OTP, pay urgently to a new account, or download an unexpected file may be phishing attempts.

05

If you notice a security issue

If you believe an order or account is involved in fraud, change relevant passwords when appropriate, contact your payment provider for any unauthorized transaction, and notify Smorty Support with the order number without sending confidential financial credentials.

06

How we protect the store

Smorty uses administrative access controls, session protection, CSRF protection, input validation, security logging, and limits on login or tracking attempts to reduce abuse. The Privacy Policy remains the reference for handling personal data.
