If your payment method requires a receipt, upload a clear image after sending the required amount.
Enter your name, email, country, WhatsApp number and quantity correctly.
After the order is submitted, save the Order Number shown on the success page. You will need it for tracking and support.
If your product has not arrived after ordering, check these points first.
Make sure you received an Order Number after checkout.
Open Track order and enter your Order Number with the same email or WhatsApp number used at checkout.
Pending: your order was received and is waiting for review.
Processing: your order is being reviewed and prepared.
Completed: the order is complete; check the delivery information sent to you.
